Matthew Jerry

Matthew Jerry is a Member of Technical Staff at Micron Technology, where they have held various engineering roles since 2022, focusing on advanced DRAM cell and device technologies. They earned a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, where their research included developing ferroelectric devices and exploring stochastic phase transitions. Prior to that, Matthew conducted research at Penn State University and gained early experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Delaware, focusing on spintronic devices.
