Matthew Park

Matthew Park has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Director of Boise Site Facilities at Micron Technology since May 2006. In this role, Matthew oversees all facilities operations, engineering, construction, and maintenance for the Boise site. Matthew has held various managerial positions, including Facilities Development Director and Dry Etch Manufacturing Development Senior Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team of 65 engineers and technicians, optimizing equipment maintenance, improving product quality, and facilitating the transition of parts from R&D to high volume manufacturing. Prior experience includes positions as a Dry Etch Development Manager, Dry Etch Development Engineer, Dry Etch Decon Engineer, Lead Engineer, Process Engineer, and Intern Engineer, demonstrating a strong background in process development, engineering management, and operational efficiency. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Boise State University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman.
