Matthew Prather

Matthew Prather is a seasoned professional in the field of memory systems architecture, currently serving as a Memory Systems Architect at Micron Technology since 2011. In this role, Matthew develops future memory architectures and leads a core team to evaluate tradeoffs in cost, performance, power, and reliability. Previously, Matthew worked as a DRAM Applications Engineer, providing engineering support for DRAM products across various computing systems, as well as serving as a DRAM Product Test Engineer, focusing on embedded systems engineering. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, obtained in 1997.
