Ming Hu

Ming Hu is a mobile system architect at Micron, where they have demonstrated exceptional leadership by expanding their team from 15 to 45 members in under two years and establishing a fully functional UFS vertical integration team. They possess extensive expertise in mobile memory applications, validation, and the quality and product adoption of LPDDR DRAM and UFS devices, while also being skilled in the processes associated with 3D NAND flash memory. Prior to their current role, Ming held positions at OPPO, Toshiba, and Yangtze Memory Technologies, and they are trilingual in Japanese, English, and Mandarin Chinese. Ming is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Semiconductor Device at Shimane University, along with a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor's degree from Wuhan University.
