Ming-Ta H.

Ming-ta H. is a seasoned professional in analog design with extensive experience in semiconductor technology. Currently a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Micron Technology since October 2017, Ming-ta previously held roles as a Sr. Analog Design Engineer at Marvell Semiconductor and as a Sr. Staff Design Engineer at Toshiba America Electronic Components, focusing on high-speed analog and mixed signal IC development. Notable projects include designing Spin Torque Oscillator drivers and various integrated circuits for System-on-Chip applications utilizing advanced CMOS technologies. Ming-ta's earlier positions involved design work at AMCC, as well as academic roles at the University of Minnesota, where significant contributions were made in research and teaching related to RF/analog integrated circuits and microelectromechanical systems. Ming-ta holds a PhD, MS, and BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
