Mingdong Cui

Mingdong Cui is a seasoned engineering professional with over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as a Senior Member Technical Staff and Principal Engineer at Micron Technology since August 2010, Mingdong specializes in advanced 3D Xpoint memory component development, memory CORE/array architecture, and non-volatile memory technologies, holding over 10 patents in non-volatile memory architecture and circuit design. Prior to Micron, Mingdong worked as a Designer at Numonyx and as a Design Engineer at Intel Corporation from July 2001 to December 2009, focusing on NOR and NAND flash memory design. Mingdong holds two Master's degrees in Electronic Engineering from Fudan University, completed in 1998 and 2001.
