Minsu Kim is a seasoned circuit design engineer with nearly two decades of experience in NAND flash, neuromorphic computing, and energy-efficient circuit systems. They began their career at SK hynix in 2007 as a NAND Data/Interface Design Team Leader, before pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Minnesota from 2016 to 2020, where they focused on eNAND-based neuromorphic computing and circuit reliability research. After rejoining SK hynix to further high-density NAND development in 2020, Minsu transitioned to SanDisk in 2022 as a Senior Technologist, leading NAND circuit design and research efforts in neuromorphic computing. Currently, in 2025, Minsu serves as an MTS at Micron, concentrating on NAND datapath circuit design.
