Niranjan S

Niranjan S is a Senior Engineer at Micron Technology, specializing in CMOS device process integration since June 2025. Previously, Niranjan served as a Principal Engineer at GlobalFoundries, focusing on RF switch and power amplifier design utilizing GaN and SOI technologies from August 2022 to June 2025. Niranjan's experience includes a PhD from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, where research concentrated on Gallium Nitride High Electron Mobility Transistor devices under the mentorship of Prof. Digbijoy Nath. Additionally, Niranjan has contributed as a teaching assistant for semiconductor device courses and worked as an Engineer at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, developing hardware-in-loop routines for powertrain ECU testing. Technical proficiency includes the use of Cadence Virtuoso, EMX, and ADS tools.
