Rachit Jain

Rachit Jain is a Staff Design Engineer at Micron Technology, bringing over 5 years of experience in advanced DRAM engineering. They began their career in DRAM verification, working on various memory projects including DDR4, DDR5, and HBM3. Rachit contributed to India’s first DRAM design project and currently focuses on the design of low-power DRAM technologies such as LPDDR4 and LPDDR5, with expertise in array architecture, datapath architecture, and reliability. Rachit is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology and a Master of Technology in Electronic Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
