Raju Sinha

Raju Sinha is a Senior Photolithography Process Development Engineer at Micron Technology, where they work as the BEOL Process owner for R&D of photolithography processes for next-generation memory devices. They have previously held positions such as Lecturer at the University of Information Technology & Sciences and various roles at Florida International University, including Presidential Fellow and Postdoctoral Researcher. Raju earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. Their expertise encompasses optics, numerical analysis, and semiconductor fabrication processes, alongside project management experience.
