Raymond Chang is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of HBM Design Architecture at Micron Technology since May 2022, where the focus is on the design and architecture of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM). Previously, from July 2010 to May 2022, Raymond held the position of Analog Engineer at Intel Corporation, specializing in pre-silicon analog and mixed-signal design as well as post-silicon design validation and debugging of Intel Optane, a cutting-edge non-volatile memory technology. Raymond completed a Masters of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Cornell University in 2010 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Cornell University in 2009.
