Rita Klein

Rita Klein is a Senior Manager in Metals Diffusion NVM at Micron Technology, where they have gained extensive experience in semiconductor processing, particularly in CMP, PVD, plating, and wet processing. They were involved in transferring processes into production and developing TSV Cu plating technology. Earlier in their career, Rita served as a Post Doctoral Research Associate at the University of Toledo and as a Research Chemist at Scientific Design Company, Inc. They earned both a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Chemistry from the University of Münster, following their B.S. in the same field.
