Rony Saha

Rony Saha is a Sr. DRAM Cell process development engineer at Micron Technology, specializing in R&D since January 2022. Responsibilities include collaborating with pathfinding and device groups while enhancing dielectric constant, capacitance, and breakdown voltage of high-K capacitors. Previous roles at Micron Technology encompassed DRAM and NAND cell film process development, with expertise in dipole engineering and GAA NAND devices. Rony's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Materials Science, Engineering, and Commercialization, and a Master's in Materials Physics from Texas State University, alongside a Bachelor's in Physics from the University of Dhaka. Experience as a Doctoral Instructional Assistant involved improving film quality of ultra-wide bandgap materials and enhancing RF loss performance of GaN HEMT.
