Shan Yang

Shan Yang is an Advanced Modeling Engineer and Data Scientist at Micron Technology, where they manage projects and perform machine learning and finite element modeling to enhance chip design and yield. Shan has previously held an internship at Micron, where they focused on writing data pipelines and conducting statistical analysis. They hold a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science from Duke University and a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University. Their academic background also includes a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
