Sofia Efstratiou

Sofia Efstratiou is currently the Talent Acquisition Principal Lead at Micron Technology, where they contribute to a world leader in memory solutions. Previously, they served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at ASML and a Senior Recruiter at Western Digital. Sofia founded Kidzlingo, an educational platform aimed at improving Greek language skills among children abroad, and worked as a Client Implementation Engineer at Benu. They also gained experience as an Operational Specialist at mGage and an Implementation Engineering Specialist at WebMD. Sofia is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at San Jose State University and studies at The American College of Greece.
