Sridhar Batna

Sridhar Batna is a Manager of Semiconductor Package Development with over 14 years of experience in product development across various sectors, including semiconductor IC packaging, aerospace, and heavy engineering. Currently, Sridhar supervises IC package design at Micron Technology, where they have advanced through several roles since joining in 2021. With a strong background in new product development and continuous product improvement, Sridhar has expertise in design, engineering change management, and cross-functional collaboration. They hold a PG Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Central Institute of Tool Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with distinction from GMR Institute of Technology.
