Previously, Steven held roles including Senior Employee Relations & Equality Specialist and Corporate Compliance Manager at Micron, where they led various compliance and ethics programs. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside, and a Master's degree in Law from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Steven brings a strong educational background to their work in compliance and employee relations.
