SunChul Choi is currently a Manager at Micron Technology, focusing on HBM and 3DI Process Engineering since 2017. Prior to this, SunChul spent 18 years at Amkor Technology, where they held various managerial roles in WLCSP, DPS, and Flip Chip Package Process Engineering, developing new technologies and products across multiple countries including Korea, Taiwan, and the Philippines. SunChul earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Chonnam National University in 1999.
