Tiankai Chen

Tiankai Chen is an experienced Data Science Engineer currently working at Micron Technology as part of the Smart Manufacturing & AI team since July 2020. Prior to this role, Tiankai held positions as a Manufacturing Engineer at Schlumberger, where responsibilities included implementing manufacturing processes for high-pressure tools, and as a Summer Intern at Analog Devices, focusing on machine learning solutions for defect detection in semiconductor manufacturing. Earlier experience includes an internship at Advanced Engineering Group, where Tiankai designed a supply chain management system, and a role as a Learning Support Officer at St Joseph's Institution, developing teaching methods for students. Tiankai also served as a Platoon Commander in the Singapore Armed Forces, coordinating military training exercises. Tiankai holds a Master of Engineering in Advanced Manufacturing and Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
