Udit Monga

Udit Monga is a Principal Engineer at Micron Technology, specializing in CMOS reliability, compact modeling, device physics, and machine learning. With over 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Udit previously served as a key modeling expert at ams OSRAM, where they developed semiconductor aging and noise models. Their past roles include intern positions at IBM and visiting researcher at Universitetssenteret på Kjeller, as well as a PhD Fellow at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Udit holds an M.Tech in Solid State Electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a PhD in Silicon Nanoelectronics from NTNU.
