Vincent Chanaka

Vincent Chanaka is a Senior Process and Equipment Engineer at Micron Technology, specializing in 3D NAND and DRAM manufacturing with experience in Singapore and Japan. They focus on CVD process development, yield improvement, and defect reduction, currently supporting HBM3E and HBM4 DRAM ramp in Hiroshima. Previously, Vincent owned key modules and collaborated across teams to address major yield challenges and optimize processes. They also worked as a Research Scientist at A*STAR, contributing to the development of miniaturized holographic biosensors. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Material Science and Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, along with a minor in Music.
