Wenjun Li

Wenjun Li is a Principal Engineer at Micron Technology since September 2020, specializing in CMOS design technology co-optimization (DTCO) for advanced DRAM. Previously, Wenjun served as a Principal Device Engineer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from November 2016 to September 2020, focusing on the development of 45 nm PDSOI RF technology, and held the position of Senior Device Engineer, where responsibilities included the development of 7 nm FinFET and 12/14 nm FinFET RF technologies. Wenjun attained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 2016, having previously completed a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at the same institution in 2013, and a Bachelor of Science in Optoelectronics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2011.
