Yanni Wang is an experienced Process Development Engineer at Micron Technology, starting in November 2018. Previously, Yanni served as a Senior Process Engineer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where responsibilities included leading layers for RMG & MOL in 7LP technology development and enhancing throughput capacity at RIE steps. An early internship at imec focused on the impact of deposition methods on surface properties during nickel CMP. Yanni's earlier roles include summer intern positions at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and a Graduate Research Assistant at Clarkson University, where research involved Ru slurry evaluation and Cu coefficient of friction investigations. Yanni holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering from Tianjin University.
