Paul Schipper

Paul Schipper is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries, currently serving as CEO of Micronit since September 2023. Schipper has successfully led organizations such as 247TailorSteel and Lhoist, where notable achievements included driving turnover growth, enhancing productivity, and managing complex acquisitions. Early career roles at Nedmag Industries and Biomet included turnaround management and crisis resolution, complemented by a strong foundation in operations at Greif and Unilever. Paul Schipper holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Twente University of Technology and is a Certified Management Accountant.
