Currently serving as a Senior Technical Trainer at Tyler Technologies and a Technical Trainer at MicroPact since June 2015, Steve specializes in teaching Case Management Development Platform and entellitrak software to partners and customers. Prior roles include Project Manager and Senior Trainer for various training initiatives at InfoPro, Elite Technical, CSC, and The Centech Group, where responsibilities encompassed creating courseware, developing training material, and ensuring timely delivery of training programs. Steve's career has also involved international training and lead courseware design, alongside a background in finance with a BA from the University of South Florida.
