Laura Wallace

Laura Wallace, MBA, SPHR, CCP, is an accomplished Human Resources Consultant with extensive experience in various sectors, including biotechnology and not-for-profit organizations. Since June 2011, Laura has worked as a part-time HR Consultant for MicroPhage, Inc., focusing on establishing HR infrastructure to facilitate the company's growth. Prior to this role, Laura served as the first HR professional at EDUCAUSE, Inc., and operated an independent consulting practice, providing HR generalist and compensation specialist services. With a strong background in corporate compensation and benefits management from previous positions at Mayne Pharma and NaPro BioTherapeutics Inc., Laura has successfully implemented HR programs, conducted training, and managed talent acquisition strategies throughout their career.
