Tristan Mely

Tristan Mely is an accomplished professional in the fields of engineering, research and development, and education, with a solid academic background including a Master's degree in Environmental Management and Sustainable Exploitation of Aquatic Bio-resources from Université de Montpellier, and an engineering degree in Biological Engineering and Agri-food from Polytech Montpellier. Experience includes an engineering internship at UCSI, focusing on the nutritional quality of Ikan Kembung fish, a role in product development at Label d'Occitanie involving the creation of canned products, and a position at Microphyt, where development of high-value ingredients for the pet food industry was undertaken. Prior roles also include service positions at Brasserie du Terminus and Decathlon France, as well as teaching scientific subjects at CNED.
