Niklas Claesson

Niklas Claesson has a robust professional background in quality management and operational leadership, beginning as a Quality Engineer at Holmbergs Fabriks AB from 1993 to 1997. Following this role, Niklas served as Quality Manager and later Quality Director at Fameco Group AB from 1997 to 2014, also holding the position of COO and Q&E Manager during that time. Responsibilities included managing operations, quality, and environmental standards. From 2016 to 2017, Niklas worked as Quality Manager and then Quality Director for Orkla House Care, overseeing quality processes in multiple countries. Currently, Niklas is the VP of Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety at Micropower Group, a position held since November 2019, overseeing operations in various locations including Sweden, Finland, Germany, the USA, and China. Niklas graduated in 1987 with a degree in Maskinteknik from a four-year upper secondary technical school.
