Scott Robinson is the founder and CEO of MicroQuin. Scott has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, working in a variety of roles including consultant, contractor, and Credit Risk analyst.

Scott began their career in banking at Credit Suisse in August 2015. There, they worked as a consultant, interpreting and contextualizing existing regulation to improve the Credit Risk practices of the Hedge Fund, Collateral and Liquidity Management teams. Scott also assessed Credit Risk scenario methodology to identify errors and recommend improvements.

In March 2015, Scott left Credit Suisse to work as a contractor for Morgan Stanley on their Regulatory Analytics and Model Validation team. Scott stayed with Morgan Stanley until August 2015 before moving to HSBC as a consultant. At HSBC, they worked on a variety of projects related to risk management and compliance.

In June 2016, Scott left HSBC to join Nomura as a consultant. Scott worked with Nomura for two years, before leaving in March 2018 to start their own company, MicroQuin.

Scott Robinson achieved a PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology Research from Imperial College London. Prior to this, they completed a Bsc (Hons) in Microbiology with Study in Industry from the University of Bristol.
