Simon Strauss

Simon Strauss is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in investment banking, corporate finance, and strategic advisory roles. Currently a Partner at E/W Capital New York LLC since September 2002, Simon specializes in structuring financings for complex projects and companies, primarily in sectors such as infrastructure, communications, and media. Simon holds multiple leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer at Hellenic Group and Chief Financial Advisor at The ICA Group, LLC, and serves on the board of MICROrganic Technologies. As President of The Colet Foundation and founder and former CEO of Ashokan Systems, Simon has demonstrated a commitment to both corporate governance and philanthropic endeavors. Previous experience includes significant roles at Jefferies and Gerard Klauer Mattison, focusing on telecommunications and alternative energy investment banking. Simon earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from The University of Edinburgh.
