Nigel Burton

Nigel Burton is a Non-Executive Director at Microsaic Systems. Nigel has also served as the Non Executive Chairman at Remote Monitored Systems plc from January 2018 to July 2020. Nigel has over 20 years of experience in the media and technology industries.

Nigel Burton began their career at eEnergy in the late 1990s. Nigel then moved on to Mobile Streams, where they were the Director of Business Development from 2001 to 2003. In 2003, they became the CEO of Digitalbox Group, a fast-growing digital media company. Nigel remained in this role until 2007, when they took over as the CEO of Modern Water plc. Nigel served as the CEO of Modern Water for six years, until 2013.

In 2014, Nigel Burton became the Chairman of Regency Mines Plc. Nigel led the company through a period of restructuring and refinancing, and successfully completed a reverse takeover in 2019. Nigel served as the Non Executive Chairman of Remote Monitored Systems plc from 2018 to 2020. In 2021, they joined the Board of Microsaic Systems as a Non-Executive Director.

Nigel Burton has a PhD in Electrical Engineering from UCL.
