Amal A M currently serves as the Assistant Manager for Government and Social Impact at MSC (MicroSave Consulting) since February 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (JEEViKA) from August 2022 to January 2025, including positions as a Young Professional on the State Team and District Team, focusing on sustainable livelihood initiatives for ultra-poor households, project management, and collaboration with government and international partners. Previous roles include Project Intern with the District Administration in Kondagaon and Summer Intern at Annapurna Finance Pvt. Ltd., where socio-economic impact assessments were conducted. Amal A M holds a PGDFM in Development from the Indian Institute of Forest Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Wayanad.
