Suhasini Bali

Suhasini Bali is a Gender Equity and Climate Advocate with a strong background in feminist development practice, focusing on gender, health, and community development. They have extensive experience in project management, leadership building, and capacity training, having worked with marginalized communities across India. Currently, as a Manager of Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion at MicroSave Consulting, they advance gender integration within various programs while developing gender-responsive tools and frameworks. Suhasini holds a Master of Arts in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Childhood Studies from Delhi University.
