Sushma Kaw

Sushma Kaw is a development partner with expertise in financial inclusion, skill development, and project management. Sushma has held positions as a Program Officer at St. Stephen's Hospital and as an Information and Research Coordinator with the Society for Citizen's Vigilance Initiative. They served as a Senior Consultant at NABARD Consultancy Services, managing projects under the Deen Dayal Upadhyay Grameen Kaushalya Yojana, and later worked as Mission Manager for State Partnerships at the Ministry of Rural Development. Currently, Sushma is a Manager at MicroSave Consulting, where they facilitate financial inclusion activities in India's Aspirational Blocks and lead a team of consultants. They hold a Master's degree in Natural Resources Management from the TERI School of Advanced Studies.
