Sameer Raut

Sameer Raut is an experienced professional with a background in service delivery and technical management. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at Microscan Communications since June 2022, Sameer focuses on identifying customer needs, optimizing service delivery processes, and ensuring high-quality client services. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Services Manager at Vodafone Idea Limited, where responsibilities involved managing various account types, and Project Manager at Infosys, overseeing a large support team while maintaining strict service level agreements.
