The EnviroServer MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) is an advanced wastewater treatment system that combines the best of biological and physical-chemical treatment techniques. It uses an innovative combination of biofilm media, mixed flocculation, and activated sludge technologies to provide a highly efficient and reliable method of treating wastewater flows. The MBBR uses a combination of trickling media, tubular packing elements, submerged aeration for oxygenation, and a deep bed granular media for secondary treatment. The granular media provide an environment in which a biofilm of naturally occurring microorganisms can grow, degrade, and remove contaminants and suspended solids from the wastewater. This biofilm provides an efficient and effective way to reduce BOD and COD levels, while the denitrification processes can be achieved in the process with the already present beneficial bacteria. The EnviroServer MBBR is a highly effective and reliable solution for wastewater treatment, offering improved performance in comparison to conventional methods.
