Alison Phillips

Alison Phillips is a Senior System Analyst at F12.net since July 2023 and has been a Computer Systems Service Technician at Microserve since September 2014. At Microserve, Alison coaches new employees on troubleshooting computer issues, provides customer support, and has contributed to significant projects, including the installation of over 200 desktop computers and the development of network documentation using Microsoft Visio.
