Hien Lam

Hien Lam is a Marketing Business Partner at Microserve, an IT solutions company, since October 2022, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction through innovative IT solutions across British Columbia and Alberta. Previously, Hien held various marketing roles at Microserve, including Campaign & Events Specialist and Marketing and Events Coordinator, from September 2019 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes a stint as a Marketing Assistant at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University in the summer of 2019, where responsibilities included leading tutorial classes and developing performance metrics. Hien holds a Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Simon Fraser University, attained in 2021, and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the United Nations International School of Hanoi, completed in 2016.
