Russel Dsouza

Russel Dsouza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and IT management. Currently serving as the Regional Services Manager at Microserve since July 2019, Russel focuses on the delivery of Technical Services and Audio-Visual Solutions while enhancing client engagement and driving business growth. Prior roles include IT Delivery Manager at CompuVision, where Russel oversaw technical service delivery, and Service Delivery Manager for Altagas at Compugen Inc., leading IT service desk operations. Russel’s career also features a leadership role at Metafore, where team management and service continuity were paramount, and experience as a Service Desk Trainer at IBM. Russel holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Systems Development from Cape Breton University, a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cambrian College, and is a Certified Coach Practitioner.
