Most people look at high-achieving men and assume they’ve got it all figured out.
But the truth is, many of us are quietly unraveling behind the image.

I know the feeling because I lived it.

From addiction and homelessness at 21 to building a successful business and family, my journey has been anything but linear. I’ve battled the same imposter syndrome, self-doubt, and internal pressure that so many driven men face. On paper, everything looked great. But inside, I didn’t feel like I belonged in the life I built.

That’s why I started Microshift.

I work with high-performing men who are tired of pretending everything’s fine. Men who’ve built something impressive but feel stuck, numb, or like they’re falling behind. Through one-on-one coaching and community experiences, I help them reconnect with who they really are beneath the expectations, the noise, and the pressure to be “on” all the time.

This isn’t mindset fluff. It’s real, grounded coaching rooted in lived experience and honest conversations. Together, we look at what’s driving your internal patterns—then we build forward with clarity, ownership, and purpose.

If you’re successful but still feel like something’s off…
If you’re tired of doing it alone…
And if you’re ready to get real and start the work…

Let’s talk.
