Dirk Weber

Dirk Weber is an AI Consultant at Haus des Stiftens since February 2025, focusing on AI training for over 80,000 non-profit organizations in the German-speaking region. Dirk also serves as an Instructor for AI in HR at Bitkom Akademie, delivering webinars in 2025, and as an AI Consultant for freshHRminds, designing HR learning events for small and medium-sized organizations. Additionally, Dirk is a Managing Partner at Die Optimisten and a Senior Advisor for the Microsoft Alumni Network. With an extensive career at Microsoft from March 1993 to November 2023, Dirk held various senior management and technical roles including Senior User Experience Scenario Lead and Senior Business Program Manager. Dirk's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business Economics from Berufsakademie Villingen Schwenningen (1987-1990).
