Aadharsh Kannan is a Principal Applied Scientist and Researcher at Microsoft, focusing on making AI agents reliable, trustworthy, and safe for enterprises. They previously held positions at Amazon as a Senior Data Scientist and served as a Software Engineer at Microsoft early in their career. Aadharsh co-founded MurGanT, where they acted as Chief Architect and Developer, and held the role of VP of Economics & Data Science at Sandisk. They are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at the University of Washington.
