Aaron Lees is a Technology Strategist at Microsoft, specializing in empowering Manufacturing and Utility companies to achieve their goals. They have a strong background in engineering and leadership, having previously served as a Digital Transformation Leader at The LYCRA Company, where they successfully promoted the use of digital tools like Office 365, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate. Prior to that, Aaron held various engineering and management roles, including Project Engineer and Head of Production at Maydown Precision Engineering Ltd, where they contributed to significant projects for major aerospace clients.
