Ady Sharma

Ady Sharma is an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant and Recruiter with a strong background in diversity and inclusion. At Microsoft, from July 2018 to January 2023, Ady supported key diversity recruitment initiatives and utilized data to enhance hiring practices within Artificial Intelligence and Research teams, later taking on the role of Lead Technical Recruiter for the AI Platform and W+D team. Prior experience includes serving as a Diverse Ability Program Focal at Boeing, where Ady was responsible for driving diversity initiatives and building relationships with key partner organizations. Ady also worked as a Global Talent Acquisition Strategist at Boeing, analyzing market trends to improve talent acquisition processes. Earlier, as Vice President-Corporate Recruiter at Merrill Lynch, Ady collaborated with senior leadership to establish hiring goals and maintain a diverse talent pipeline.
