Afiq Islam

Afiq Islam, PMP, currently serves as the Americas Delivery Lead for Security Engineering & Critical Environment at Microsoft, where they have been since 2016. Prior to this, Afiq worked as the Security Operation Center Manager at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority from 2015 to 2016 and held the position of Security Systems Integration Manager at St. John's University from 2004 to 2015. Afiq is currently pursuing multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Criminology & Justice and a Master's degree in Engineering & Technology Management, both at St. John's University and Washington State University, respectively, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business.
