Aftab Azmi

Aftab Azmi is a Principal Software Engineer at Microsoft, where they work on the Excel BI stack, including PowerPivot, enhancing its collaboration capabilities and integrating it with PowerBI. With extensive experience in developing and debugging large codebases in C++ and C#, Aftab has contributed to significant projects such as Office AI platform and Office Graphics stack. Prior to their role at Microsoft, Aftab worked at Symantec on cloud backup solutions and at Geometric Ltd. on animation software. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from D.Y. Patil College of Engineering Pune.
