Alexandra Jones

Alexandra Jones has over 17 years of experience in the IT and business program management sectors. Alexandra began a decade-long career at Citi as an Application Manager and Vice President, focusing on IT support for trading processes during the merger of Salomon Smith Barney and Citigroup. Subsequently, Alexandra joined Microsoft in February 2014 as a Senior Business Program Manager, responsible for driving change management initiatives for Microsoft Sales Copilot globally while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to enhance the user experience across Sales, Marketing, and services organizations. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Informatics with a focus on Information Technology Management and Software Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, as well as A Levels from Headington School and a high school diploma from Queens College in Nassau, Bahamas.
