Ali Mousavi is a Principal Machine Learning Scientist at Microsoft since June 2024. Prior experience includes roles as an AI Resident at Google from July 2018 to October 2020 and as a Senior Machine Learning Researcher at Apple from October 2020 to June 2024. Ali Mousavi earned a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rice University, where studies were completed from 2011 to 2018, and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, with education taking place from 2007 to 2011.
