Ali Yussuf has significant experience in the IT field, particularly within Microsoft. From December 1993 to May 1996, work at Microsoft (contacted through Entex) as part of the ITG Messaging Operations involved installing Windows and Microsoft applications on new PCs, as well as setting up and testing network connectivity for new hires. Subsequently, from September 1998 to July 2013, Ali served as a Senior Premier Field Engineer, providing expert guidance to enterprise customers in migrating, upgrading, and maintaining their messaging environments. Additionally, Ali worked as a Support Engineer and Exchange Server Administrator, contributing to the successful release of Exchange Server versions 4.0 and 5.0. Ali holds an Associate's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from San Jose City College and attended San Jose State University for further studies in the same field.
