Allison Novick

Allison Novick is a proven innovator and health care product leader with extensive experience in early-stage innovation and AI. At Rally Health, they served as Director of Product Management, driving telehealth innovations that enhanced access to care for over 30 million consumers. Prior to that, Allison was a Principal at The Advisory Board Company, where they launched multiple new products and growth strategies. Recently, they led product innovation at Nuance Communications before transitioning to Microsoft as a Principal Product Manager, where they focus on reducing nurse burnout through AI solutions. Allison holds a BS in Biology from Cornell University.
